Expert personal training, weight loss post rehab, athletic development, nutritional guidance, strength training, fitness Assessment, supplement advice, flexibility & cardio programs, primal movement assestment, focus,accountability,motovation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Dont be fooled by sales people in personal trainer positions. many "trainers"are sales people with little experence.
