- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glass is priced per square footage. We offer quantity discounts if repairing multiple glass units in windows. We offer senior citizen and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we the first step of the process is to set up a measuring appointment. Sometimes we are able to give quotes based on pictures and approximate measurements given by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family owned and run business. We have been working with and installing glass all of ours lives.
