What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date with all the changes in the law. As an attorney being educated is the biggest aid in being successful.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a complicated pricing system. We offer flat-rate fees. Criminal Legal Services allows payments by payment plan. The standard payment plan consists of three affordable installments before each court appearance, usually occurring monthly. That amount will be paid over the course of your court case to fit your needs. There is no additional cost to pay by credit card or by payment plan. The total cost will not increase or change simply because a client chooses to pay by payment plan. We also provide other types of financing options and payment plans to fit most budgets.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a passion for the law and I knew I could make a difference in people's lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Common types of jobs I do for my clients would be, handling court proceedings, and working out deals with the prosecutors.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client was charged with an OWI (operating while intoxicating) and the officers had no breathalyzer or blood results we won it at trial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to make sure your attorney is knowledgable on the subject matter and listens to your concerns.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish client's knew that there is a lot of behind the scenes work. While some may not know it, many things are handled with the court before they even show up.
