FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have set hourly rates. Prices are based on complexity of the project, total time spent doing the project, plus expenses I may come out of ( gas, props, equipment rental, etc.) I understand that finances are unpredictable during this time but, people still have moments they’d like captured. For this prices are negotiable in some cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I like to do a consultation on what style the client it looking for. What is the event, who is the main subject, what parts of the background do you want included/excluded. This also provides an opportunity to see what type of mood the client want’s portrayed (entertaining, sentimental, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing for photography and videography for 5 years. Originally it was just a hobby however, I ended up getting my Bachelors degree in Media and Information while attending Michigan State University. My course work focused mostly on cinematic and live productions. We filmed a series of short films, commercials, live sporting events, and many other types of video productions.
