I was contacted right away. The gentleman that helped me was named Al. He was easy to talk to. He took his time. He explained why I was having the problem. Then he fixed it! I never felt that he was rushing through the job. I will DEFINITELY hire them again.

On Demand Property Solution was an amazing contractor to work with. From start to finish, we utilized them for two different jobs within the time frame that we worked with them because they did such a great job with the first initial project. Their communication was prompt, respectful, and consistent. In the future, moving forward to secure our third location for our community hubs, I would reach out specifically to this company as they rapport they built with me and my team is one I know I can depend on. 10/10 experience with the best outcome of our space being done in the timely manner.

Details: Business • 8+ rooms • Trim • Walls • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • I'm flexible • Excellent - clean and smooth • The painter • Yes, this is new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself • Renter, with owner's permission to do this job

Al did a great job communicating with us. He always told us what time he would arrive and was punctual, despite the traffic and distance he had to drive. He always cleaned up after himself and left no trace that he was there. He did a great job with insulating the windows and the painting the window frames.

Details: 5 - 8 windows • Window sealing • Double hung (slides up and down) • Residential
