FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive for the following reasons: 1) We are an owner operator company. This means the person you meet to give a quote for your siding project will be working right along side the crew. 2) We don't have commission based sales staff, or a large office. 3) We spend little to no money on advertising. 90% of our jobs are obtained through word of mouth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we survey the project and take measurements, with or without you there. Then we discuss your product preferences and pricing options. If all is agreed, we order your material and start working on your home or rental within a few days or weeks, depending on our schedule and yours.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1) Are you wanting soffit and fascia work as well? This is the overhang part of your roof. Most projects require some soffit and fascia work. 2) Do you need to remove the old siding? Should you? If aluminum then yes. If its wood, stucco, or fiber cement then not always. It depends on your budget and other goals for the house. 3) Does the contractor's timeline allign with yours? Many siding companies are 8-12 weeks out in the busy spring and summer months. Any deadlines or preferred install dates should be discussed early on. 4) What's your budget? Most whole house siding projects are between $10,000-$17,000 for average size homes. Make sure the contractor is upfront and transparent with pricing early on, as there are many variables that can affect price.
