I am particular about my reputation. I try hard not to have the customer spend money that they need not to spend. I like to be taken at face value,so I try to do the same for my customer. Sometimes by doing so, some customers don't realize all the behind the scenes efforts that are taking place on their behalf. Accomplishing something for the customer that they are happy with and knowing that I saved them some money.

I hired Leland to come and install a GFCI electrical outlet in a bathroom without an existing outlet. He was able to complete the job very quickly and at a lower cost than I expected. Since he completed the job so quickly I asked him to complete a few other smaller tasks that I hadn't gotten to yet and one of the jobs turned into a big job. Leland did the job the right way, made it perfect and didn't charge me anything for the additional work! He also gave me several great tips for owning and managing multiple properties since he's been a property owner for much of his career. As I grow my property portfolio I will definitely use Leland again for future work.

Leland was outstanding. He came and looked at my dishwasher and helped me with my options. I decided I was going to get a new dishwasher and would go looking for one soon. After he left my house he went to Lowe's and informed me of some great deals. He went above and beyond to help me!!!! He was phenomenal.
