Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am particular about my reputation. I try hard not to have the customer spend money that they need not to spend. I like to be taken at face value,so I try to do the same for my customer. Sometimes by doing so, some customers don't realize all the behind the scenes efforts that are taking place on their behalf. Accomplishing something for the customer that they are happy with and knowing that I saved them some money.

Leland is a proficient, efficient, and knowledgeable contractor. Our first experience with him was several years ago when he built new basement steps for us. More recently, he has expanded and remodeled a bathroom, including electrical and plumbling. He laid concrete for our driveway and built a custom gate for our fence. He installed a drainage system to relieve the buildup of water in our back yard. He installed a whole-house water filter and our water softener, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. He laid a concrete slab for our Tough Shed foundation. Our home was originally built in 1946, so there were many challenges in doing some of the remodeling. Leland met each challenge with vigor and persevered until the job was done. He even came late in the evening one night to remove and level our kitchen floor so the Pergo installers could install the new flooring properly. He is one of the most amiable people I have ever met...always having a positive, "can-do" attitude. He definitely has gone "above and beyond" expectations throughout our many projects. His work is of excellent quality. I really can't think of anything he could have done better throughout our many projects....he listened to our needs and did an excellent job meeting them. I would definitely recommend him for someone needing a competent, reasonably priced contractor who knows his stuff!

Porch pillar base had been rotted out and needed to be repaired as well as our front door sidings which had been smashed in and the door could not close properly. Leland and his worker came out and had the tools and experience to fix this. The house is historical so everything had to look exactly as it had before (except the paint because we had extra for it.) I give him 4/5 stars because there was some communication issues that happened between him and my Cooperative housing supervisor when Leland was asked to take him through what he was doing, Leland did not know who he was and rudely refused to cooperate with him because my supervisor had not directly hired him for the project. This was resolved but when Leland was suppose to come back in two days, he had no-showed without calling me or emailing. I had to personally reach out in multiple was to find out that he was busy with other projects and would return the next day. While this may be an issue for some people, he did complete the project how I wanted it to be done and even improved the front porch by connecting the bottom guard railing to the pillar base which had an awkward gap before the project. It was a pleasure for me to work with Leland and I recommend him to anyone looking for repairs that they do not have the tools or experience for. Thanks again, Leland!

When a shoddy dressed person shows up with a scraggly beard and dirty unkept long hair and starts quizzing me about my job details and states that he has some sort of authority to ask these questions. I ask for some type of identification. He has none. He says if I don't give him the information he wants, he'll call the authorities. I told him to talk to the ones that hired me or go ahead and call, unless you can show me some proof of who you are. Eventually he went and got with those that hired me as they returned and identified him. As I was then glad to give him that information. I suggested to him that he carry a business card with him in the future to avoid this type of problem.
