Easton did an excellent job with our windows! He was willing to work nights and weekends to make sure they were completed in a timely fashion. Not only did he do an amazing job of cleaning the windows, windowsills and screens, he also cleaned up a clogged gutter and pointed out some rotted wood that needs to be addressed. He was very professional and responsive throughout the project. We will be using Easton for all our window cleaning going forward!

Not to be greedy. He listed $45 but at first he quoted $79 for the job. Later he said he will be loosing money and quoted $150. I agreed he only stayed for2 hrs and left saying he had other commitments we agreed he will come next Friday..however he sent me quote of $750 for the second time.
I would say you don't have honest contractors on your list. I will tell everyone I know(i belong to several quilt groups) how your vendors are not reliable to do the work for listed prices.

Scrub E Dub Property Solutions LLC's reply
Hi Sonya — thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
I want to clarify a few important points for transparency.
The initial visit was booked and completed under our minimum service charge, which covers up to two hours of work. During that visit, the scope of work significantly expanded beyond a standard handyman task and into a full vanity removal and installation involving plumbing, cabinet modification, sealing, and precision fitting.
For larger or more complex installations, we pause and re-quote before proceeding, which is exactly what was done prior to scheduling a return visit. No additional work was performed or charged without approval.
We are a small, owner-operated business and believe in being upfront, honest, and professional — even when that means re-pricing a job to reflect the actual scope of work.
I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you the best moving forward.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re not the lowest price —
we’re the best value for homeowners who want it done right.
Crystal clear windows.
Stress-free communication.
Professional quality from a veteran-owned business that cares.
That’s what you’re paying for — and it’s worth it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in construction management for 7 years, 6 years in the Army, and have a no nonsense way about myself from a very disciplined upbringing in my family. I am polite, honest and do an amazing job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with $100 in Home Depot tools, my mentor mentioned while I was working in construction management how great his son was doing in window cleaning, so I took a leap of faith. Then 5 months later cleaned over 2000 windows and 155 plus customers active.
