I didn’t actually end up fixing the machine, it was cheaper to replace it, but I was so impressed with his professionalism and honesty. I sent him a video of the problem the night before and he was gracious enough to explain to me the problem, why it would cost me more to fix it than replace, and he let me easily cancel our appointment for the next day. Will 100% hire for any future jobs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the HVAC industry and made my way to appliance repair through family in a different state. I found a love for the industry and stuck with it.
