Introduction: I offer group training. Group workouts have been proven to boost motivation and success, so come and join us at our multiple training times.
Our training schedules are as follows:
* Mondays
* Wednesdays
* Fridays
* 6:30 AM
* 9:30 AM
* 12:00 noon (except Fridays)
* 8:00 PM

The majority of my classes involve body weight exercises, with a different variety of routines. I scale the workouts to fit your skill set and needs. With multiple workouts, routines, and exercises, we'll work your body differently each day that you come in.
I also offer personal training. Can't fit a group session into your busy schedule? Ask me about one-on-one training and work out on your time!
