- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the job. I offer free estimates and do my best to work within your budget. There are no hidden fees, and I’m always upfront about costs before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to your needs and asking a few questions to understand the project. From there, I’ll provide a clear estimate and schedule a time to get the work done. I keep communication open, show up on time, and make sure the job is done safely and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed over a year and a half of hands-on training as an apprentice electrician, working alongside licensed professionals. I’ve worked with both new construction and existing residential systems, following NEC safety standards and local codes.
