- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are put through workouts that are SPECIFIC to them, individually. So, it varies from person-to-person. I push people based on what I know they can handle, whether they know it or not. Their program always modifies and changes based on progress, which is based on the specific client and their needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I keep my certifications up to date and current. I also am certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. I have experience with nutrition plans from my five years of national-level figure competing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because it has always been something I loved to do. It makes me feel good, so I want to open others up to feeling good with it, too. I don't have any sob stories -- I just love working with people and helping them be the best that they individually can be.
