I can't recommend Mark with Carr Comfort Solutions highly enough. He replaced the ductwork for my furnace and hot water heater, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. During the installation, Mark discovered a gas leak and significant damage inside my furnace that could have become a serious safety issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me exactly what he found, and completed the necessary repairs that very same day. Mark is an excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes real pride in his work. He arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was completed correctly before he left.
