Jay and Seth were very friendly and professional. They were very careful with my equipment (rower) and my narrow staircase! They were also so courteous and regularly sent text messages to confirm our appointment time and their anticipated arrival time. Thank you!! I will be a repeat customer!

I would appreciate it if you had communicate with me about not being able to make it for some reasons. We ended up using u-haul truck by ourselves yesterday. I waited for you for a while. Then I tried to get in touch with you. My daughter called you. We were terribly disappointed.
