I have been in business for about eight years. I specialize in deep tissue, but I incorporate everything into one massage, including Swedish, deep tissue sports, stretching reflexology, and INIT trigger point therapy. I believe that some people need to endure a slight bit of pain in order to get their knots away because I will find ones you did not know you had! I also believe that it is a hurt-so-good process, so go through a little bit of pain to feel better. I can most definitely do a calming, therapeutic and relaxing massage, such as a Swedish massage that some people would call "fluff and buff."
