From the start Jesse was absolutely straightforward, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. After receiving a very comparable bid (to others with lesser ratings), we pulled the trigger. Jesse and crew proceeded to exceed our expectations with their work ethic and attention to detail. Surprisingly, I received a call from Jesse (after being fully paid) mentioning they were going to stop by (after the project was finished) to see if there were any touch ups necessary. They spent a few hours touching up the already fantastic job. Hands down, you're nuts if you even consider any other company for staining or painting... Job well done.

Jesse and Rachael painted our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, hallway, and vaulted ceiling living room and entryway. They did a great job, the lines are clean and straight. The trim has no paint on it. We didn't even find any paint on the carpet or floors. We would and have recommended Lake State Painting. Great friendly people, did what they said they would do.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing but each project is so different a "plug and play'" price just does not work when comparing apples to oranges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a date and time for an estimate. Meet with customer, review project, and supply estimate. If the estimate is acceptable, a contract will be drawn up and signed. A deposit for materials is required, collected prior to the start of work. Work is completed according to the contract and customers desires. Once work is completed, final payment is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started painting for my uncles painting business at the ripe age of 12.
