We referred a former client to them. Without disclosing names, they had bought their house in January of 2020, we did a job for them in February and unfortunately was laid off in June. Some of the Realtors turned him down as a client due to the fact that he may have had to come out of pocket for commission. We referred him to Michigan Home Buyers in July and had purchased his house in August. What most RealEstate "professionals" said was dead end, MHB took it as an opportunity. We could not believe they got it done!

I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never done this before. I had two issues, I had purchased my home last year and due to life happening, I had to sell. I used another agent for 6 months and I got nowhere. They said my price was to high. I came to Kevin and Lee out of desperation. Not only was I able to sell the house, Michigan Homes Buyers bought it! They took my mortgage and even gave me cash for my grandmother's property and found a buyer for my sons house as well. The property we were selling was two hours away from Nathan. And He made it seem like he was just around the corner. He really was in our corner working for our best interest and made selling the home so much less complicated in comparison to another realestate company agent we had previously consulted with. He helped us to know what to expect with the current market and selling process and accurately assessed the value of the home by pulling the right comparables. The home appraised for what he assessed. He kept us updated on all the feedback from potential buyers and guided us through the inspection process once we accepted an offer. Overall it was a very good experience.
