We own a cabin up north and getting projects done up there is often a hassle. I’m so glad we hired Skyler (Hilltop Handyman) for a recent project. I received a call from FedEx Freight that a recycled plastic picnic table I ordered was arriving the following day (much earlier than I’d anticipated) and that they were unable to deliver it all the way to my property because they believed the truck they had would not be able to turn around to leave. Not only did Skyler agree to meet the driver and assemble the table at our cabin, but he also worked directly with FedEx Freight to determine where to meet. He accepted the 250-lb pallet, delivered it to our property and assembled it. I appreciate Skyler’s clear communication style and responsiveness, as well as his problem-solving skills- which came in handy when he alerted me of missing parts. He sent me photos and videos to show that the hardware wasn’t included and asked for my approval to buy it locally. I will absolutely call on Skyler again as we always have projects we need done at our cabin, but rarely have enough time to complete them ourselves.
