This was my first project with Ivan and I think it could have been a little complicated. With a smile, Ivan did not shy away from it. He designed and fashioned an under cabinet drawer in a difficult area under a stairway. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. Thanks Ivan.

Hiring Ivan was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a contractor. He did thorough, high-quality work and asked clarifying questions. He kept me apprised of his progress, sending me pictures daily, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated his detailed estimate, which provided line-item detail. Other contractors I’ve worked with have simply given one overall project cost (with no breakdown by task), which isn’t helpful when you’re trying to budget for a large project and understand exactly how an estimate was derived. Ivan prepped and painted 3 rooms, removed a chair rail, removed old baseboards and installed new ones, primed and painted window casings and trim, installed new deadbolts, and will be installing new interior doors. I’m already preparing a mental list of jobs I want Ivan to do in the future, and I won’t hesitate reaching out to him… I just hope he’s not too busy (due all his great reviews!) to take on the work!
