I would have chosen all of the categories if it would have let me! Lisa is amazing! She came in and organized my hot mess of a move ! She was incredibly sweet and my son said “momma she is so nice!” My pups even love her! Thank you so much Lisa for making my situation not so crazy hectic! Consider yourself lucky if you get Lisa’s assistance because she was AMAZING!!! She went out of her way to help me pack literally a few hours before the movers were scheduled to move me. She was efficient and super focused on the tasks needed. She was aware that have ADHD and continued to ask me what was needed from her, while prompting me to stay focused. She is so professional and skilled that she was able to assist me in organizing and cleaning in 2 hours, what it was taking me a 11 months to complete on my own. She never judged me, my disability or my messy chaos: instead she just got right to work and stayed busy. Then, when I thought she would never work with me or such a cleaning disaster again, just before she left, she gave me her available upcoming schedule to assist with unpacking in my new apartment. Lastly, she was more than fair; and only accepted what she initially charged me (not one penny more). I will not only hire her again; but I will coordinate with my job to meet HER schedule to do so. Again…Lisa did an AMAZING job!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary based on the length of the project or the hours involved. I have a two hour minimum and no maximum amount of time. The more hours that you purchase the less you will pay per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will speak with my new customer on the phone and find out what their needs are and how they see the process unfolding. From there I will set an appointment to come out and see exactly what needs to be done and ask a lot of questions so that I have full understanding as well my client of what to expect from a time and financial perspective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 25 years as advertising sales representative afforded me the opportunity to get to know so many business owners and adapt well to many different types of personalities. There are business people who I came across who I really respected their professionalism and follow through and I will always strive to emulate them. I provided superior customer service, forged many long relationships and helped a lot of people grow their business, in my new profession, I will take all that I have learned because I know what it's like to own a business and what I look for from those I do business with.
