- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take each client on a case by case basis. My base hourly rate is set far lower than where Thumbtack suggests professionals in my field should be. The reason for this is I want my clients to get comfortable with me, and realize that I am not out to gouge them. I genuinely want to get to know you and see God be able to work wonders in your life as you grow I your understanding of His truth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to begin by listening to a prospective client's needs. I will often as a series of simple diagnostic questions that allow me to ascertain what they believe on some fundamental topics. This gives me a jumping off point for where to begin coaching them to meet their goals. In addition to counseling sessions, I will often assign suggested reading/listening materials that will aid the growth of a client between sessions. A client's responsiveness to these assignments will often determine how helpful I can be to them in the longterm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two decades of helping people apply biblical principles to their lives has been born out via successful marriages, overcoming fears and anxiety, and accomplish real habitual transformation. The core of my success is helping people clearly and practically understand what the Bible teaches on these matters in simple ways.
