- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In almost all cases, we do not give free quotes. Any questions or exceptions would have to be approved by the Owner/General Manager/Supervisor. We have a $75 minimum to come out, if the call is accepted and either done or scheduled that day we will apply that $75 to the job. If it is NOT accepted, they are still charged for the $75 minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is the MOST important thing you can do, this is how you will get your info on what is going on and every detail counts. Allow the customer to explain the question or issue they are having. Take notes. These are the details that will help you decide if we can help them and what tech would be best for this particular job/customer. When taking the call you want to be sure to get the correct information from the customer. Name, Address, City, Phone Number, Email Address, specific issue they are having
