Last week, late in the evening there was water pouring out the top of our water heater. We called Z Plumberz the next day and they came right out. Wil, the guy who came was so professional and polite. He offered to come back that same day to replace but I needed to discuss with my husband. That put us into the weekend and after checking other options (buying our own heater and just having them install, checking some other prices) we could see that what Z Plumberz was quoting us was a fair price. So we approved the estimate and they came back out on the scheduled day and within an hour we had a new water heater installed. Again, so nice and he spent time on the phone both days with our home warranty company working out what they'd pay towards it. It was terrific experience from start to finish and we will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for service.

Had a main issue with mixed metals in our sewer stack. I knew it was going to be a pain so I called someone. z Plumberz first to make it out and got the job done the following day. Professional and quick, cleaned up after the job. All one could ask for.

Anthony is a hard worker and he gets the job done right. He also has good people skills and talks to customers Politely, I would recommend him to anyone. He did a floor break in my basement and I must say from start to finish it was awesome when he was done he cleaned up everything and it look so professional Great Job!!!

Anthony and his guys did great! They were very helpful and very nice guys! First time home buyer and never had plumbing issues before and Anthony helped me out so much! I will never go with a different company and ill definitely refer Anthony and his guys to anyone that needs plumbing done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In almost all cases, we do not give free quotes. Any questions or exceptions would have to be approved by the Owner/General Manager/Supervisor. We have a $75 minimum to come out, if the call is accepted and either done or scheduled that day we will apply that $75 to the job. If it is NOT accepted, they are still charged for the $75 minimum charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is the MOST important thing you can do, this is how you will get your info on what is going on and every detail counts. Allow the customer to explain the question or issue they are having. Take notes. These are the details that will help you decide if we can help them and what tech would be best for this particular job/customer. When taking the call you want to be sure to get the correct information from the customer. Name, Address, City, Phone Number, Email Address, specific issue they are having
