- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base rate for standard handyman work and appliance installation. Beyond that we quote most projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically visit the homeowner at their home to view the project that they want to have done. Smaller projects we may be able to quote while at the home. Larger projects we take down dimensions, take photos and work on the estimate from our office and then email and call them back for delivery of estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has spent 18 years in the home repair/home improvement industry. Our Director of Operations has 30+ years of experience in the industry along with our firm being a Licensed Builder with the State of Michigan. We use Licensed trades people as needed. We are also an IICRC Certified Restoration firm.
