Third personal trainer I have worked with and I like his training methods & the fact that I am always sore after his workouts. I run 3-6 miles five times a week plus do vinyasa yoga 4 times per week and am usually not sore after these work outs. He is also fun to talk with as you are doing the circuit. Jason has been my personal trainer for almost 4 months now. I workout with him 3 days a week for an hour each session. I am a tall (6'6") slinder guy and building muscle has been a challenge. Working out really wasn't a priority for me until I started to get a nice beer belly. I found a Groupon for a personal trainer and after my Groupon was up I was hooked. Jason's workouts have increased my strength and I as well as others have noticed an increase in muscle. Jason made a few suggestions to change in my diet and the beer belly is almost gone. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I keep my pricing as low as possible because I believe that everyone should be able to afford personal training. I offer reduced pricing for large session packages and personal training rates can be split amongst two people for a semi private group. In addition to private, semi private and group training, JM Fitness is now offering boot camp style classes and many convienant times, every day, for one low monthly price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have studied kinesiology and nutrition science at Wayne State University in addition to holding a certification with the American College of Sports Medicine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a variety of clientele with a variety of physical limitations. I have worked with clients who have had everything from weak ankles to severe shoulder injuries, from slipped discs to cancer recovery.
