- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3 1 hour sessions per week - $25 / session ($75 weekly) 2 1 hour sessions per week - $30 / session ($60 weekly) 1 1 hour session per week - $45 / session ($45 weekly)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have you come in for an assessment. Basically what it is, is a breakdown of where you are at physically in terms of a starting point in a workout routine, we will go over your goals, your motivation and just get to know each other. We will take some measurements of you and see where you want to be and what we can do to get you to your goals. After your initial set up, I will put together a training program, a month at a time, at the end of each month we will redo the initial assessment to see what goals we have reached or come closer to and reassess where we need to go the following month.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists.
