- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are transparent, fair, and tailored to the scope of the job. There are no surprise fee, you’ll know the cost before work begins. I also offer package rates for ongoing support and discounts for seniors and repeat clients. My goal is to provide premium, personalized service without the inflated price tag.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to your needs and challenges. From there, I assess the issue (in-person or virtually), provide clear solutions and timelines, and get to work as per scheduled. I also ensure you fully understand what was done, offer tips to prevent future issues, and remain available for follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Management, bringing over a decade (10+ years) of experience in IT support, consulting, and now virtual assistant services. Over the years, I’ve helped clients with everything from slow computers and stubborn printer issues to Wi-Fi optimization, complex device configurations, and productivity training for individuals and teams.
