I have been an electrician since 2013. I do everything from full Indoor/outdoor panel and service, generator installation to ceiling fan installation. I may not be the cheapest out there but my work is clean and done right. No cutting corners and done the way you want it. Half down up front then rest of payment when Job is finished Dry wall repairs and exhaust fan venting need to be done by others. Plumbing and heating and cooling need to be done prior to us coming out.
