FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based off the investment on my end, whether it's time, money, and the level of physical involvement. A job that I can walk right up and do is going to be priced differently than one that I have to crawl/climb/contort my body to get to. The more of the job I have to do, the more I will charge as well. If you supply the tools/resources/etc the price will be less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's a new face or a familiar one, the process is the same. Arrive on site, go over the problem and how we're going to solve it, make sure everyone is on the same page, verify pricing and payment method, then proceed until the task is complete. Pricing will never adjust midway through, if something unexpected occurs, I should have accounted for it prior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year and a half of residential maintenance experience working as the lead in maintenance at Pomeroy Living in Lake Orion. I also have 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry working as a Lead VMT at Safety King in Shelby Township.
