Marissa did a phenomenal job deep cleaning our home. We requested that she only use our cleaning products because of our cats. She was very thorough and took so much care in making sure to clean our kitty areas with pet friendly products that we provided. Her attention to detail was impressive in each room she cleaned. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, all cleaning included. We offer 10% referral discount for you and the referral. No hidden fees, no binding contract. Our minimum charge is 2 hours and there is a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we would do an over the phone assessment. From there when our experts arrive to the site they will as well do a personal assessment, free of charge, of the job. A deep cleaning is always recommended for the first service!
