I am a retired military officer. My standards for cleanliness and order are very high. I am to pleased to report that, against that backdrop, your associate did an OUTSTANDING job. Very thorough, requiring minimal supervision. Once on site he determined the scope-of-work and applied a phenomenal work ethic in getting that job done. He went "over-the-top" to insure he addressed each of our concerns.
I found his professional demeanor and attention to detail to be highly impressive. I don't know if he has a military background but he performed like a soldier, which I appreciate.
We've tried several companies and individuals since moving to this area. At one point we actually stopped looking. Glad to see Cleanology get it right! I expect we'll enjoy a long-term relationship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, all cleaning included. We offer 10% referral discount for you and the referral. No hidden fees, no binding contract. Our minimum charge is 2 hours and there is a fee if you cancel within 24 hours of scheduled service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we would do an over the phone assessment. From there when our experts arrive to the site they will as well do a personal assessment, free of charge, of the job. A deep cleaning is always recommended for the first service!
