I received one phonecall to reschedule the initially scheduled appointment, which it fine, people are busy and this happens. Unfortunately, the next two appointments were no-call-no-shows. I understand they are very busy, but either don't schedule appointments you can't make, call me, or notify me through the app as soon as you know you can't make it. BTW, I waited for an hour and a half on both no-shows before giving up, so I think I'm a pretty patient person.
