What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a free estimate of the cost of the job, if customer agrees with price, we schedule a day that works for them and remove and clean area of unwanted junk, and when the customer is satisfied with the work done we finish with payment and haul away the junk in either our pickup or if it's a big job our dump trailer.
