these guys are excellent. Thorough, reliable, no surprises. They handled all my stuff carefully. I even had 3 pieces of complicated exercise equipment and a pool table. No problem. Very courteous and professional. I would use them again. They made everything very easy. They were very respectful towards my belongings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CREW RATES: 2 man----$130/hour 3 man---$150/hour 4 man---$175/hour TRUCK FEE- $100-$200 Daily Depending on how far and how many trips. NOTE: A payment will be due at the end of every workday HEAVY LIFTING: A fee may apply to appliance/safes etc. that need to be moved up/down a flight of stairs. MINIMUM FEE: There is a 3 hour minimum fee for the day if we bring truck/pads and dollies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually would like to meet our customers to do a quick walk through of their home so we have a good idea of how long it would take for such a move and roughly how many trips it would take. Although a walk through is not required to schedule a move.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and commercial customer.
