Jenny is an amazing personal trainer! This is the first time that I’ve worked with a trainer but I knew it was a good fit from the moment I met her! She is so personal and really listens to what your needs are and what you want to focus on. She also sends you workouts to do at home and checks in with you periodically as well! I don't think anything could be done any better!! Jenny is amazing! She's very personal and fits exercises to your personal needs. The hardest part about having a trainer is on the off days and Jenny makes that easy by sending you workouts to do at your own home with whatever equipment you have. Even when it comes to nutrition and eating clean and healthy Jenny will help you. She's extremely nice, helpful, and she wants you to reach your goals as much as you do. Jenny was honestly such a pleasure to train with. She made me feel comfortable and welcome every time. I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New clients are put through workouts that are SPECIFIC to them, individually. So, it varies from person-to-person. I push people based on what I know they can handle, whether they know it or not. Their program always modifies and changes based on progress, which is based on the specific client and their needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I keep my certifications up to date and current. I also am certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. I have experience with nutrition plans from my five years of national-level figure competing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I decided to get into this line of work because it has always been something I loved to do. It makes me feel good, so I want to open others up to feeling good with it, too. I don't have any sob stories -- I just love working with people and helping them be the best that they individually can be.
