Please read my review for Pre-Flight Home Inspections to the end!In my opinion, Pre-Flight Home Inspections is one of the best in the business. I trusted them with the inspection of my new home, and I am extremely glad I did.Kyle performed our inspection, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully inspect the home, explain his findings, answer our questions, and point out issues that most homeowners would never know to look for.What impressed me most was that Kyle didnt simply go through a checklisthe genuinely took his time and treated the inspection as though he were inspecting a home for himself. I am a real estate agent and have had a few clients use PreFlight Home Inspections recently. Kyle has done a phenomenal job and is very thorough with his inspections. He has a great attention to detail and the ability to test for whatever you desire. From thermal/Infrared imaging to sewer scoping, he can check to make sure you're buying a quality property and give you insight on what will need repairs in the coming future. Kyle inspected our home in Wixom and was easy to talk to and very thorough. He gave plain explanations on what he was seeing - showed us the issues at the panel and walked us through what actually mattered vs. what could wait - and answered as many questions as we asked. Had our children present and he was great with them too. They had flashlights and were "helping inspect the house". We will absolutely use PreFlight again and recommend them to everyone.

Jake — the flashlight crew earned their keep. Those two were dialed in the whole time and asked better questions than most adults do.
Glad the panel walkthrough was useful. Sorting out what actually matters from what's just old is most of this job — handing you a report full of scary-sounding items that don't need fixing doesn't help anybody make a decision.
