  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Experience matters. For estate planning, ask whether the provider always recommends use of a trust, and if so, why. Also inquire how strongly they recommend the use of Powers of Attorney and Patient Advocate Designations (to avoid lifetime probate). Also, ask if their initial consultation both informative and free. For a business, ask if they can have your business incorporated and able to open a business banking account in one day. Do they recommend Sub S Status for both corporations and limited liability companies. Is their initial consultation both informative and free. For Real Estate, can they help you through the whole process of a for sale by owner. Do they work well with real estate brokers and agents. Do they have good working knowledge of title matters and issues and how to resolve them. Do they have a fee schedule for residential real estate matters that they are willing to share at a free, informative consultation.
