- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start with the initial appointment where we thoroughly examine your roof and attic so we can correctly diagnose the problem then correctly fix the problem. All initial appointment estimates are free, come with pictures of our findings and a price. From there if were rewarded the work, we sign a contract and book a day to begin the project. The entire project comes with photos of before, during and after photos in email with final receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I the owner and operator, Richard (Ricky) Adkins Jr. am a licensed contractor in the state of Michigan. Meaning I went through the states extensive education, training and testing process and passed allowing me to legally right contracts, pull permits and conduct business properly within state code and laws. I also have my CertainTeed Shingle Quality Specialist Certification as well as CertainTeed Master Applicator Certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I need a job when I was 21 and have been doing it since. 12 years.
