- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I obviously begin with a conversation, mostly to listen to the client and the parameters of the project. I ask questions if necessary and then begin work. I usually will do something quick and submit it to the client for feedback, to see if I am heading in the right direction. Again, I listen, discuss and continue work until we get it right. Collaboration is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 3 credit hours shy of a Masters degree in Publication design. I have worked as an advertising art director for 20 years for large and small agencies on high and low profile accounts. I know what I am doing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I pursued it. It is my passion and it fulfills me. I happiest when I am producing good work.
