We recently had Mannle Construction do a complete roof replacement with some rotten roof replaced, 3 new solar skylights and one regular skylight and a lot of interior painting. Brandon suggested the solar skylights and we are extremely glad he did. The new skylights with shades closed has reduced the interior temperature by at least 10 degrees and our AC runs half the amount of time as it use too! Over time, the extra cost of the skylights will be paid for. Brandon also suggested the color of shingles and they are simply beautiful looking on the house! Brandon employs some really superb employees, ALL of them no matter what project they were working on. All of them were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, honest, and a great sense of humor! The crew started on the roof at 7:30 a.m. and at 3:30 p.m. they were done with stripping the roof, replace rotten wood, skylights installed. All that was left was clean up which took another couple of hours. Talk about efficiency! I highly recommend Mannle Construction and trust me, I do not usually do reviews but when you get service like we did, a review is well deserved. We came home from a weekend getaway to discovered a roof leak and interior damages that needed to be addressed right away. Brandon Mann quickly responded to mitigate the damages and walk us through the insurance claim process. Overall the repairs were completed promptly, thoroughly and kept well within budget. I would highly recommend using Mannle construction.

I cannot recommend Mannle enough! They have done a wide range of projects for us at both of our houses - from a new roof to demo of a large 1300 square foot basement with mold remediation and a complete clean out of an attic and insulation. Every single project is done beyond efficiently. They show up on time every day and do very high quality work. Theyre also very responsive with inquiries and great to communicate with. Every worker I met was also very friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
