Dont look any further if you have a flood or any other damage to your home. Call Mannle right away! I came home and my water line to my refrigerator burst while at work. My whole first floor was cherry hardwood. After frantically cleaning up as much water as I could, a lot of the water went into my basement but within hours I could see my wood starting to warp. So I called insurance and made a claim. Here is when the insurance company will send out some bozo to tell you how its not that bad and they need to access the water damage under your cabinets. So I proceeded. They sent out Serv-pro. They ripped out my island a few cabinets and cut part of my kitchen to subfloor. They needed to remove my granite to remove the cabinets. So they sent out their people and they broke my countertops in multiple places while ripping my backsplash off the wall in sections and my sink falling out. The insurance company will offer someone they choose to come out and inspect also give you an option to find your own contractor. I didnt know who to call, a floor guy, a cabinet guy, so I had their agent come out. He came out told me he was gonna make his recommendation to insurance and I would be contacted. A week went by and the insurance called me and emailed me with a low ball offer. I declined, called floor guys, cabinet guys and all said they couldnt fix the problem. This went on for weeks and months. The insurance will do EVERYTHING to make you uncomfortable in your own home and wait weeks and weeks to respond with low offers. Finally I got Mannle Construction. They came out made an assessment and submitted their scope of work needed to fix my kitchen to insurance. Again, insurance gave BS reasons why they arent liable for certain things. At this point its been 4 months of nothing being done. I asked insurance to send out a contractor of their choice to meet Brandon from Mannle to understand the scope of work. They agreed. Brandon was able to meet with the insurance inspector at my home and explain how things had to be done any why. After another 2 weeks The insurance company finally caved and we came to an agreement. Brandon developed a detailed plan with dates of achievement. It was tight but it happened. He knew its been 5 months and I wanted to get done asap and get my home back. They stuck to the schedule and every single contractor in Mannle from packing my dishes and contents (integrity) appliance removal, furniture (Apek), paint, tile, wood, cabinets, granite and electrical were top notch! Best of all there are always things in a big construction project you wanna change or you find during the process. Brandon worked with me with the budget the insurance agreed upon. From paint to working on getting better cabinets for you, doing things like getting my blinds professionally cleaned from insurance, doing extra electrical work from unseen areas I wanted to change. This company helped me with extra plumbing that came up. Brandon helped me get my home back, frankly my life back and get a kitchen I always wanted but never thought I would have. I cant say enough good about Mannle and his crew! If you dont know who to call after a home disaster now you know, Look no further! Extremely grateful and greatly appreciative! When the kitchen flooded, they helped guide us through the process and took care of what needed to be done! They worked with the insurance company and adjuster to make sure we could get as much covered as possible.

We came home from a weekend getaway to discovered a roof leak and interior damages that needed to be addressed right away. Brandon Mann quickly responded to mitigate the damages and walk us through the insurance claim process. Overall the repairs were completed promptly, thoroughly and kept well within budget. I would highly recommend using Mannle construction.
