How about actually doing the job for what was originally quoted and agreed upon. They quoted me $1200 to repair my roof and sent a 10 page agreement for me to sign. After signing the agreement they were supposed to start first week of august but after getting put off over and over they finally said they couldn’t do it for that amount we originally agreed to and Wanted to come out and re-quote it. They now wanted almost twice the price. Luckily I called peak pros and even though it was very late in the season at this point they came out and did a great job for less than Star had originally estimated. Call Peak Pros if you want an honest company.

Shawn set up a date and time to look at the roof. He was able to fix a leak that night. I am currently waiting on a quote to have the whole roof done. Shawn was a pleasure to work with so far.

Booking with Star Improvements was easy, and scheduling a time for the quote was easy. After that we didn’t hear anything for quite a while and it took some time to hear that we were coming up on the schedule. In all we were given short notice before the installer came out. That guy did nice work, but his help didn’t show up, so they had to come back on Monday and hang them up. All in all I’d say the work quality is good, but punctuality on getting back could be improved.

When we did your job we were trying to fit in the gutter jobs along with the siding projects, now its split into two full crews and Tim is the Gutter foreman, where he loves being and still doing beautiful gutter installs. All in all great work is the most important thing but our office staff and estimating process has seen leaps and bounds and our customer journey through a construction project is priority #1......Shawn
