What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable with my pricing. Of course I keep a good balance though. I charge high enough so that I have the means to be resourceful to my clients, especially as I grow with them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have new clients fill out a brief questionnaire online. Then I respond letting them know what information I need to work on their taxes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree at the bachelor level from a very reputable college. I have worked with a variety of industries before venturing out on my own. I the highest level of licensure the IRS awards.
