The issue with my Mother N Laws furnace was not major- the technician had it figured out in the first 10 minutes…. And then he stayed and did a full maintenance check up on the unit. He did not need new parts, he explained the issue to me, and was extremely professional.

Melad did such an amazing job replacing and installing a new furnace and AC unit. From the moment where he came to do an initial inspection to completing the job. He throughly explained everything and answered every question that I had. The quality of work and passion for his craft is 2nd to none. My A/C unit didn’t work after being idle for entire winter. I did call few HVAC contractors. I explained my problem and I didn’t get the feeling that contractors were being honest to me They were trying to tell me that everything is wrong with my A/C unit because it is 20 years old. Finally I talked with Melad with Precise temperature control, he was very upfront and honest and told me most likely it is a simple fix. I hired Melad because of his honesty. Melad came to my house and diagnosed the problem and fixed my A/C unit within 30 minutes We did talk in length about getting a new A/C and furnace sometime in the future since mine is 20 years old. Melad has a very good knowledge of HVAC system I would recommend Melad from Precise temperature control for any of your HVAC needs.
