- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The process is pretty simple, you fill out the attached questionnaire, and send it back to us with a recent picture. The questionnaire tells us all about you, your diet, current conditioning, goals and medical history. We review it, then write your diet and workout based on how you filled out the questionnaire. After we get you your diet and workout you we go over any questions you may have and give you our cell numbers in case you forgot any questions. We will then send you an e-mail on Friday, it will have a check-in form attached, simply fill it out and get it back to us. It will have questions about your current condition, energy levels throughout the day, and during workouts, any food that isnt sitting well etc. we will make adjustments based on how you answered the questions, and either e-mail you or call you with changes. Again, you will also get my personal cell in case you have questions between meetings. You will also have free excess to our member section which is in the process of being made. This will have videos for everything fitness and nutrition, including videos from our contributing psychologist and physical therapist. The pricing is $79.00 for the initial assessment, and admin work. Then $149.00 a month, so your first month the price is $228.00 then 149.00 a month after. You could also do 3months for $439.00 which will save you $87.00 vs month to month.

Yes very often. There is a lot to know about not just the fitness and nutrition side, but the hormones, digestive system and nervous system and many different styles of working out to get clients to their goal as quick as possible.
