Introduction: Hello! My name is Jason and I’m a personal trainer located in Commerce Township, MI. With over 18 years of experience in personal training and the fitness industry, I have gained the tools I need to empower individuals to be the best possible version of themselves. I offer one on one, small group, and virtual personal training. I specialize in corrective exercise and most often deal with individuals recovering from injury. Jason has been my trainer and keeping me in shape since 2011. In addition to being an awesome personal trainer, he is professional, hard working and creative. He is a great listener and designs our workouts to help us meet our goals. Currently, Jason is training my small group of four, as well as my sessions with my 18-year old daughter. He corrects our form to prevent injury and provides us with modifications for some of our age related issues. He makes our workouts challenging, but also a lot of fun.

Jason is great. I’ve been working out with him for more than 10 years. He’s friendly - so you want to keep up with the schedule. He pushes you but not beyond your ability. He’s encouraging and makes working out fun (at least as much as it can be. 😉). I’d highly recommend Jason!
