We have old 1947 windows that we love for their insulation and character. Unfortunately, some have lost the ability to stay in an upright position without sliding down. Westly thought there might be a way to repair them and set out to do so. He needed to remove the window from the casing to attempt a repair. Unfortunately, the repair would have required going further up beyond the casing, which couldn't be done. Westly worked quickly and effectively throughout the process, suggesting possibilities. He replaced the window and carefully cleaned the work area around it. He is very knowledgeable and sincere; we will certainly call on him for any further changes that may be needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum window repair service fee is $150.Single pane glass replaced starts at $175, labor and materials included. Double pane glass replaced starts at $225.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when costumer calls, we ask to schedule a free estimate. Single pane glass can usually be fixed the same day, the lead time for double pane glass is 7-8 business days. Deposit is required for double pane glass.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in window factory was great opportunity to learn about windows. I assembled wood, vinyl and aluminum clad windows.
