My Physical Therapist had recommended I work with a personal trainer as well as him after I tore my Achilles and had surgery to repair it. I can say after 3 months working with Devin while he was collaborating with the PT, my leg feels fantastic and I'm already able to jump again without any pain whatsoever. Highly recommended!
