We thought we were buying our dream home but thanks to Kyle he saved me from committing to a nightmare of headaches and regret. We ended up walking away from the purchase and are unfortunately still house hunting,but I will absolutley call kyle again when we find the next house.

Kyle inspected our home in Wixom and was easy to talk to and very thorough. He gave plain explanations on what he was seeing - showed us the issues at the panel and walked us through what actually mattered vs. what could wait - and answered as many questions as we asked. Had our children present and he was great with them too. They had flashlights and were "helping inspect the house". We will absolutely use PreFlight again and recommend them to everyone.

Jake — the flashlight crew earned their keep. Those two were dialed in the whole time and asked better questions than most adults do.
Glad the panel walkthrough was useful. Sorting out what actually matters from what's just old is most of this job — handing you a report full of scary-sounding items that don't need fixing doesn't help anybody make a decision.

Kyle did an outstanding job with our home re-inspection. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was looking at and why it mattered. He was also incredibly easy to talk to and made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. Ive known Kyle for years, so having him inspect our house was an easy decision. Even though he didnt find any major issues, he still took the time to go through everything carefully and point out the things that mattered. The one thing he caught was our hot tub disconnect being installed too close to the tub, which we had corrected right away. Its the kind of detail thats easy to overlook but could become a safety issue. I appreciated how thorough he was without trying to make small things seem like big problems.
