- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for quotes and prefer to view the extent of repairs to be accurate - we give written quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find where the leak or other problem is coming from, we take pictures of the problem area on the roof and explain what needs to be done. Many times we can make the repair while there, if the customer approves the quote - if not we come back at a date in the very near future for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of combined experience and are a licensed builder and insured.
