👋 Hello! We’re Crawlspace Remediation – proudly serving Metro Detroit! Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, our owner Sam Goode didn’t always plan on fixing crawlspaces—he actually started out as a musical theater major at Vincennes University! After transferring to Purdue and graduating with a degree in Business Management in 2008, Sam took a job with a crawlspace company and quickly discovered a passion for helping homeowners improve the health and safety of their homes. In 2011, he branched out and founded Crawlspace Remediation, and we’ve been growing ever since! Over the years, we've expanded our services beyond crawlspaces to include radon testing and mitigation, basement waterproofing, attic solutions, and mold testing. We’re also professionally Certified Air Inspectors, helping to make homes safer from the ground up. So how did we end up in Waterford? Love brought us here! Sam married a Michigan gal, and now we proudly serve both Indiana and Michigan with a team of experienced, hardworking professionals. We’re excited to help you put however we can—and to be a resource for all things under your roof!
